FINE AND ORNATE MICRO MOSAIC DRESSING SCREEN. First half 20th century, Middle East Region. This highly decorative and intricate three panel ebony and rosewood screen inlaid overall with ivory, bone, abalone, rosewood, and ebony inlays in intricate micro mosaic geometric designs, each panel additionally mounted with decorative ebony and bone turned trellis work. All above arched aprons. The reverse of each panel with polished rosewood sections within molded ebonized borders. SIZE: 50-1/2″ up to 61-3/4″ h. Overall length: 52-1/2″. CONDITION: Very good overall, surfaces original and untouched. 9-29734 (500-800)
