GOTTSCHALK RED ROOF DOLLHOUSE. Reminiscent of a Pasadena bungalow from the 1920s era. This charming painted wood dollhouse with opening front panels exposes 4 rooms including a staircase to the 2nd floor and a small bathroom on the 1st floor. A somewhat elaborate front porch with a 2nd floor balcony add to the charm of this house. Mounted on a raised wooden base a set of stairs (replaced) would allow the inhabitants to gain entrance. Appropriately marked on the bottom with number “6920”. Overall finish is very fine plus with all detailing such as sectioned window inserts and drapery and doors are intact. Interior has a fair amount of furnishings, many being Tootsie Toy. A vicious terrier dog named Skippy guards the front door. SIZE: 17″ w x 12″ d x 20″ t. CONDITION: As stated above.
