FINE FG FASHION DOLL. An attractive lady attired in a fancy ball gown on a gusseted kid body. Rear of head is marked “4” and the bisque shoulderplate is marked with a “4” on the right shoulder and “FG” in a scroll on the left shoulder. Pale bisque, light blue paperweight eyes, and fine detailing to facial features such as outlined lips. Original mohair wig has never been entirely removed. Head and shoulderplate appear to be free of any damage to bisque. The gown is most likely a replica made in the late 1950s and is extremely well done. Doll appears to have several layers of original cotton undergarments. SIZE: 19″. CONDITION: Overall very fine with small repair to wrist; doll lacking shoes. 1-9650 (1,250-1,750)
