LOVELY LARGE JUMEAU FRENCH FASHION DOLL. Unmarked pale bisque socket head with beautiful blue threaded paperweight eyes, applied ears, closed mouth with highlighted lips, on separate bisque shoulder plate which is attached to an all leather body with gusset joints at the hips and knees. The arms are also white kid leather with gussets at the elbow, however they are later replacements. She wears an antique white cotton dress with dotted Swiss pattern, and a fine lace collar and blouse. The red antique leather shoes were once children’s shoes. The soft blonde curly mohair wig is most likely original and covers a cork pate. SIZE: 27″ (69 cm). CONDITION: Overall very good with typical wear to leather body. 1-13300 (4,000-6,000)
