16″ JUMEAU E7J FRENCH BEBE. This doll is absolutely fresh to the market and untampered with; most likely having been tucked away for the last 50+ years. Her wig has not been removed, but close examination indicates that her head is without damage and flaws. She retains her original spring mechanism connecting her head to her body. Very pale bisque with brown eyes and fine facial features. A very fine pale green Bebe style dress; most likely original with an abundance of undergarments. She retains her original French tied blond mohair wig and her original but partial comb in her hair on a straight wristed body with fixed ball joints and wearing antique leather shoes (socks missing). SIZE: 16″ t. CONDITION: Doll is in as found, untouched condition and in need of cleaning her bisque face and some minor readjusting to her clothing. Matching bonnet shows some deterioration at top. 1-9639 (4,500-6,500)
