20″ CLOSED MOUTH BRU JNE R BEBE. A fine later Bru Jne marked on rear of head “9 Bru Jne R” on a marked composition Bru body (missing partial finger on right hand). Body is rubber stamped “Bebe Bru No 9”. Sometimes the later Brus can be a mixed bag in regards to appearance, this gal has feathered eyebrows, blue paperweight eyes with light mauve eyeshadowing and closed mouth with red highlighting and just the hint of a tongue. Body is in very fine original finish, she retains a curly blond mohair wig attached to a cork pate. Clothing is of modern vintage simulating fanciful Bebe dress. SIZE: 20″ t. CONDITION: Bisque head appears to be free of any damage. Small mark/flaw in bisque above doll’s left eye. Minor chips at earring holes. 1-9625 (2,500-3,500)
