EXTREMELY LOVELY JUMEAU BEBE. Head stamped in red “DEPOSE TETE JUMEAU Bte S.D.G.E. 8″ with dramatic large blue paperweight eyes, finely painted eyelashes and multi-stroke eyebrows, closed mouth, pierced ears, on full jointed wooden composition body with walking mechanism. Covering the lower torso and upper legs is a band of white kid leather. She has been appropriately redressed in a cotton floral print with lace trim and wears an antique brown human hair over original cork pate. SIZE: 20” (51cm) CONDITION: Old break and reglue behind left ear. Damage does not in anyway affect her facial features. 1-12977 (1,200-1,800)
