LOT OF TWO BISQUE DOLLS. The larger of the two is a French bisque Jumeau incised “1907 12” and has lovely blue paperweight eyes, open mouth with four upper teeth, pierced ears, on the original fully jointed French wood and composition body. She has been appropriately redressed in pleated blue 1890s style dress and newer brown leather shoes and replacement human hair wig. Also included is a German molded bisque shoulder head doll incised on the back of the shoulder “1030 No. 8”. She has lovely cafe au lait windblown hair pulled up into a bun in back with detailed hair comb and comb marks. She is on an old muslin stuffed body with white kid leather upper arms with bisque forearms. Dressed in a floor length plaid pleated wool dress. SIZE: Jumeau 27″ (68 cm). Parian 17″ (43 cm). CONDITION: Jumeau’s body has typical wear and paint peeling, especially on fingers. Slight red line on outer surface only on forehead, not a damage.
