Seldom found head incised “163-6” with blue glass side glancing stationary eyes, closed smiling “watermelon slice” mouth, reddish molded and painted hair in the “Campbell Kids style” on fully jointed wood and composition toddler body with diagonal hip joints. This charming doll wears a period pale green organdy and print dress, antique undergarments, socks and black oil cloth shoes. This exact doll is illustrated in the book Rare Characters by Countess Maree Tarnowska on pg. 133. SIZE: 16″ (42cm).
