The scene is probably off Frenchman’s Bay looking across to Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park. The foreground has waves crashing against a rocky point of land. All under puffy white clouds in a blue sky. Signed lower right “Waugh”. Housed in a magnificent carved and gilt replacement modern frame. SIZE: 30″ x 40″.
