*SMITH & WESSON 455 MARK II HAND EJECTOR 1ST MODEL TRIPLE LOCK REVOLVER. Cal. 455 Mark II. Blued finish, 6-1/2” bbl, integral front sight, square butt with diamond checkered, medallion grips and a lanyard loop in the butt. Frame has British proofs on the left side and other proof markings on the right side of the bbl. No caliber marking on the bbl. SN 4667. CONDITION: Extremely fine, all matching except the grips which are unnumbered. Overall it retains 96-97% bright glossy commercial blue with a small thin spot on the bbl. Grips are extremely fine with only minor wear. Bright shiny bore, crisp mechanics, appears to have been fired very little. 4-48229 JR279 (Anderson Collection) (500-1,000)
