LOT OF EIGHT EDGED WEAPONS. (1&2) Pair of 20th century fencing swords. “MADE IN / GERMANY” is stamped on the left ricassos. Several layers of paint cover the metal parts. CONDITION: Fair to good with slight bends in the blades & considerable scratching to the paint. (3&4) Pair of Parangs. 16” blades with sine marks on either side of both swords. The wood scabbards are bound with rattan & have braided cloth hangers; probably 20th century. CONDITION: Very good. (5) Bull fighter’s sword. 33” dbl fuller blade with bend at the tip, wrapped cloth hilt with black silk knots. CONDITION: Fine. (6) French Gras bayonet, dated 1881. Numbers do not match. CONDITION: Light to moderate rust overall. (7) Lodge sword, etched blade with worn maker’s name. CONDITION: Good. Little finish remaining on the blade & replaced enamel on the scabbard. (8) Assembled Lodge sword. Plain blade with no markings. Plain wood grip. CONDITION: Moderate pitting overall. 4-54999-3 FS34 (250-400)
