HUBLEY AMERICA AIRPLANE. Perhaps the largest plane ever made, the America was quite a toy for the child. Through a series of pulleys and springs, when the toy is pulled along the ground, the propellers twirl about ready for lift off into the wild blue yonder. This earlier version features wooden hubs with rubber tires as opposed to the latter version which has large black rubber tires and stamped steel hubs. SIZE: 17” wingspan.
