ROESSLE BREWERY R.O.G. SIGN. A rare advertisement from this Boston brewery for their lager beer, which employs silver and gold foils as design highlights. SIZE: 27″ diameter. CONDITION: Fair to good. It appears that the sign originally had a dark navy blue shadow to portions of the lettering and background of which only traces remain. The heavily gessoed frame decoration is missing a few pieces and has had some repairs. 1-7912 (700-1,100)
