MARGARET (PRESCOTT) HOARD (American, 1879-1944) BRONZE BOUDOIR LAMP. Figural lamp comprised of a nude girl with arched back yawning. Over her head is a large flower with glass shade insert. She stands on a rock like base which is fitted for a cord which extends up through the stem of the flower to the light fixture. The base is signed “M Hoard Copyright 1914”. Greenish/brown patina. SIZE: 15-3/4″ h. CONDITION: Glass shade has broken ruffle edge, flower stem has disconnected from base and top. 9-95510 (3,500-5,000)
