WILLIAMSON LOUIS XV TABLE LAMP. Attributed to Williamson, this fully leaded shade begins at the aperture with an amber colored Art Nouveau design that flows into medallions with colors of green, yellow, rum, butterscotch and light blue. Vertical panels of blue, butterscotch and turquoise glass used in this lamp is highly textured and gives off a very warm feeling. The design is one of the most intricate that Williamson created. The shade is supported by a three socket base that represents the epitome of the Art Nouveau period with an acorn finial, top cap and acanthus leaf decorated stem and foot. The shade and base carry nice patina finish. SIZE: Shade is 18″ dia. Overall 25″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with very few if any tight hairlines. 5-68084 (11,000-15,000)
