HANDEL MOSSERINE ARTS & CRAFTS DESK LAMP. One of the rarest Handel decorated Mosserine desk lamps in existence. The lamp begins with a chipped ice Mosserine shade in a warm brown hue with an Arts & Crafts chain link design molded into the rim of the shade. The shade is then supported by a base of heavy Arts & Crafts influence with an American Indian-type pattern on its square platform with rivets trimming the foot of the base with the central shaft of the base has a nice vertically ribbed effect. The shade is signed “Brown Handel 6897 1/2”. Base is signed with “Handel Lamps” on a felt tag. SIZE: Shade is 10″ dia. Overall 13-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with replaced socket. 5-68113 (800-1,200)
