ALLEN & WHEELOCK SIDE HAMMER RIMFIRE POCKET REVOLVER WITH HOLSTER & TINTYPE. Cal. 32 RF. SN 298. Blued finish, 4” oct bbl, standard two line marking on the left side of bbl &“1860” patent marking on the left side of the frame, brass pinch front sight, 2-pc smooth walnut grips. Accompanied by a unique black form fitting holster which can be either attached to a belt or a vest or suspender button from the flap. Also accompanied by a leather cased tintype of a Union soldier holding the same model revolver. CONDITION: All surfaces have been polished & refinished. Grips are now slightly undersized. Bore is evenly pitted, mechanically fine. Holster shows considerable wear with minor checking & cracking. Tintype case shows minor separating & cracking. 4-59398 JH107 (700-1,000)
