HANDEL MERMAID LAMP BASE. Very rare Handel lamp base depicts mermaid rising from the ocean with clamshell on her shoulder extending into the lamp riser and three light cluster. The base is finished with a Handel square cut-out heat cap. Unsigned. SIZE: 22″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent, heat cap is lighter patina than base. 5-68089 (8,500-9,500)
