HANDEL ACORN OVERLAY FLOOR LAMP. Exceptional Handel metal overlay floor lamp has eight panel shade with each panel being a mottled caramel slag and slightly curved. Each panel is overlaid with an acorn and oak leaf pattern with the acorns being painted on the obverse in brown and the leaves in green. The shade rests atop a wonderful three legged Art Nouveau bronze base with adjustable riser. Base is complete with a four socket cluster and openwork fleur di lis cap. The base is finished in a warm brown patina. Shade is signed with applied “Handel” tag. Base is signed on the underside “Handel”. SIZE: Shade is 25″ dia. Overall 64″ t. CONDITION: Very good with one glass panel being a possible replacement and an old solder repair. 5-68486 (12,000-15,000)
