DAUM NANCY SPRING SCENE VASE. Very fine Daum vase has tall cylindrical body with slightly flaring shoulder and narrow mouth. The vase is beautifully decorated with cameo Aspen trees and woods and mountains enameled in the background. The trees are beautifully enameled in light greens and browns with hints of yellow depicting the subtle light colors of spring. The design which encircles the entire vase is set against a mottled and frosted background of blues, white and clear. Signed near the foot in enamel “Daum Nancy” with the Cross of Lorraine and artist initials “AR”. SIZE: 10-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-68636 (8,000-12,000)
