LOT OF THREE REMINGTON SMOOT NEW MODEL #3 REVOLVERS. 1 )First Variation. Cal. 38 CF. SN 14679. Nickel finish with 3-3/4” oct bbl with crisp one line marking, large blade front sight, 2-pc checkered hard rubber bird head grips, no bbl rib. CONDITION: Excellent, with 95% bright nickel mixed with light pitting above trigger on right side of frame, and a few dents & scratches. Bore is lightly pitted. Mechanically fine. 2) Second Variation. Cal. 38 RF. SN 16386. Nickel finish with 3-3/4”ribbed oct bbl & crisp bbl markings, small blade sight, 2-pc checkered hard rubber bird head grips. CONDITION: Excellent. 95% nickel overall with strong cyl drag line & nicks & dings on sharp edges. Grips have wear on the high edges but are otherwise sharp. Bore is lightly pitted. Mechanically fine. 3) Second Variation. Cal. 38 RF. NSN. Nickel finish with 3-3/4” ribbed oct bbl with crisp markings, small blade sight, 2-pc checkered Remington monogrammed saw handle grips. CONDITION: Fine. 98% nickel with some flaking at the front of frame. Grips show slight wear at the bottom and sun fading on right panel. Bore is good. Mechanically fine. 4-59412 JH59 1,500-2,000)
