HANDEL REVERSE PAINTED DAFFODIL LAMP. Beautiful Handel shade has reverse painted yellow daffodils against a green background. The shade is further enhanced with small red flowers amongst the green daffodil leaves. Exterior of the shade is finished in chipped ice and the shade rests atop an urn shaped Handel base with three socket cluster and fleur de lis cut-out heat cap. The base is finished in a rich brown patina. Shade is signed on metal shade ring “Handel” as well as on interior of shade “Handel 7122” and artist signature “Palme”. Base is signed on the underside “Handel”. SIZE: Shade is 18″ dia. Overall 24″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with minor wear to patina on base. 5-69074 (7,000-10,000)
