*RARE DELUXE WINCHESTER MODEL 63 CARBINE. Cal. 22 LR. SN 2575. Very rare, carbine length ’63 with 20” bbl, ivory bead front sight and replacement Marbles semi-buckhorn rear sight. It has about 2X American walnut wood with uncheckered forearm and checkered capped pistol grip stock with smooth steel buttplate. It is apparent that either the forearm or buttstock is a replacement. The butt stock appears to fit nearly perfectly, while the forearm is slightly loose. CONDITION: Fine to very fine. Bbl retains 92-93% strong bright original blue with minor nicks and scratches and a few spots of light rust. Receiver retains about 95% original blue with some rust spotting across the top and fine pinpoint rust on both sides. Forend cap is flaked to about 50% with the flaked areas a light patina. Wood is sound with usual light handling and use nicks and scratches and retains most of its original varnish finish with some light wear on the forearm.
