PAIR OF DURAND TORCHIERES. Outstanding pair of torchieres have gilt metal base starting with three curved feet with acanthus leaf design supporting a four section long stem leading to shade holders. Shade holders have elaborate metal work with swan’s heads and stylized leaves and support Durand King Tut shades with light green background and gold iridescent swirls. SIZE: Overall height is 70-3/4”. Each shade is approx. 12” t. CONDITION: Some wear to the metal finish, otherwise very good to excellent. 5-71655 (7,500-10,000)
