MANNER OF ALFRED THOMPSON BRICHER (American, 1837-1908) SUNSET WAVE. Oil on canvas beach scene shows a large wave crashing over three rocks under a sunset cloud & blue sky. Unsigned front but having written on the back of the canvas “AT Bricher 1902″. Housed in a period gilt lemon gold frame with gilt liner. SIZE: 10″ x 24”. CONDITION: One old patch to reverse, inpainting, partially obscured signature lower right which is illegible. 9-21651 (800-1,200)
