THREE PORCELAIN FIGURES. Mid 20th century. Probably German, in the Meissen style. First figure depicting a young man in floral coat with striped purple pants, rose in right hand, hat in left with a indecipherable underglaze blue mark and impressed “4584”. Second figure is young flute player with white coat decorated with gilt floral sprigs, marked with crossed swords in unglazed blue. Last figure of young man with pale blue coat posed with rose in left hand, “laced Dresden” details, marked with underglaze blue with crown above “N” all above “Dresden”. SIZE: First: 10″ h. Second: 5-1/4″ h. Third: 7-3/4″ h. PROVENANCE: From a fine New Jersey home. CONDITION: First very good overall with loss to flower petals in hand. Second with repairs to proper hands and flute, otherwise good. Third has flea bite to proper right hand fingertip, loss to nose, otherwise good. 9-24546 (500-800)
