RARE REMINGTON VEST POCKET PISTOL. Cal. 30 RF. SN 363. Nickeled brass frame, 3-1/2” part oct bbl, brass post front sight, & 2-pc smooth rosewood grips. Marked “REMINGTON’S ILION, Nxx / PATD OCT. 1.1861.NOV.15.186x” on the top flat of bbl. The end of both lines run into rear side and did not strike properly. One of the estimated quantity of 500 produced. CONDITION: Retains most of the recently polished nickel with bright blue on screws & operating parts. Repaired chip out of right grip. Bore is moderately pitted. Action is fine. 4-59344 JH108 (800-1,500)
