SEVEN SMALL NIPPON MORIAGE VASES. Late 19th through mid 20th century. Japan. 5″ tall squat vase green panels alternating with cranberry borders each panel decorating with flowering plant. 5″ bulbous vase with C-scroll handles, lacy floral decorations. 4.5″ small bulbous green vase with floral decoration and scallop rim. 4.5″ crescent moon vase decorated with chrysanthemums and turquoise jewel decorations. 5″ bottle vase with C-scroll handles, floral decorated with moriage net. 5.25″ amphora shaped footed bud vase, pale green overall with stylized pink flowers and scalloped rim. 4.75″ bulbous green footed vase with enameled iris. All unmarked. SIZE: See above. PROVENANCE: From a private Waterville, Maine home. CONDITION: Chips to base rim of first item. Bottle vase with loss to rim. Footed bud vase with professional repair to lobe of rim. Last item with wear to green ground. Overall very good with minimal and minor losses to moriage. 9-24929-1 (400-600)
