PAINT-DECORATED HALF SPINDLE MIRROR. First quarter 19th century, New England. The rectangular blued mirror plate within a conforming frame, decorated with half spindle elements, each with simulated graining with blocked corners. The whole with a painted chrome yellow ground. SIZE: 20-1/2″ h x 11″ w. CONDITION: Mirror plate with foxing. The frame with dry original painted surfaces. Good overall. 9-27813 (500-800)
