14-PIECES OF NIPPON MORIAGE TABLEWARES. Late 19th through mid 20th century. Japan. 9″ tall moon vase decorated overall with pink flower blossoms on marbleized ground. 7.75″ tall shaped vase with irises and angular handles. 9″ dia. shallow bowl with shaped rim and pink flower heads. 7.5″ dia. footed bowl with floral oval panels with pink flower heads and indigo scalloped edge. 11.5″ oval fruit bowl with scrolling green and indigo details and central floral spray. 8″ dia. footed planter with applied scrolling handles, each side with panel decorated with yellow and purple flower all on celadon ground. 6.5″ round footed planter decorated overall with jousting frogs on green ground marked with maple leaf over Nippon with Hand Painted in script. 7.5″ footed green bowl with scalloped edge decorated overall with yellow daisies. 8″ oval footed bowl decorated with violets on marbleized ground. Pale blue cup and saucer. 6.25″ pale green plate with pink and lavender flowers. 8.25″ plate with three panels of Satsuma decoration on pale green ground with jade green and cinnabar highlights. 5″ saucer with floral panels on blue ground.
