SACHA MOLDOVAN (Russian/American, 1901-1982) THE BARN. Oil on board scene shows a small red roof barn with what appears to be chickens out on a grass area. A black tree is seen against blue background. Signed on reverse “Sasha”. Housed in a modern partial gilt wide molded frame with yellow liner. PROVENANCE: This painting was acquired directly from the artist at his studio in Peekskill, NY in the early 1960’s then acquired by our consignor. SIZE: 7” x 9”.
