EARLY WAG-ON-THE-WALL CLOCK. This spring driven movement powered by weights striking on a bell within a wooden box case. The painted wood face with dish form dial in cream white paint, the arch painted with a banner reading “LIBERTAD PATRIA” interwoven with a leafy sprig, the dial with Roman Numeral chapter ring. Clock is offered with weights and pendulum. SIZE: Face: 17″ h x 11-3/4″ w. Depth from wall: 9″ overall. CONDITION: Dial with original paint and crackled surfaces, gilding worn. 9-28845 (500-700)
