FINE PAIR OF BEAD WORK SASHES. First half 20th Century. Probably Mid-Eastern. Each example woven overall with polychrome geometric designs each with beaded tassels with pendant brass bells. The brass buckles with hammered designs of rondels, stylized feathers, and floral borders. Each backed with a striped canvas fabric in greens, browns, and reds. SIZE: Overall L 34-1/2″ and 36″, W 4-1/2″. CONDITION: Very good. 9-24046 (400-600)
