EARLY 18TH CENTURY BOTANICAL WATERCOLOR, STILL LIFE WATERCOLOR AND PRINT. 1) Watercolor dated “March 1815” with penned inscription “Presented to Joseph Carter by his cousin Marsha Maxwell”. Still life depicts different colored flowers. Housed in a modern gilt frame with double mattes. 2) Edith Berry (American, 20th Century). Nice watercolor still life scene shows a blue pitcher of blossoming branches set on a side chair with teacup, saucer and creamer. Signed lower right. Housed in a fine gilt wood frame with triple matte. 3) Dog poster showing a black Scottie dog next to a white Scottie dog, used as a poster for “Scotch Whiskey made by the Fleischman Distilling Corp.”. Housed in a gray wood frame. SIZE: Sight: 1) 9″ x 7-1/2″. 2) 18-1/2″ x 19″. 3) 28″ x 21-1/2″.
