CLASSICAL ROUND MAHOGANY DINING TABLE. Second quarter 19th century, New England. The circular figured top above the conforming molded frieze joined to a two part platform base with Cyma curved supports. The terminals applied with circular discs joined to a square platform with in-curved sides opening in the center to accommodate two column supports. Raised on rolled feet with applied discs. Table is accompanied by three 18-1/2″ leaves. SIZE: 29-1/2″ h x 9’1″ extended l x 54″ dia. CONDITION: Showing a history of minor restoration and alterations, table remains good. 9-27450 (400-600)
