FINE MASSACHUSETTS NORTH SHORE SHERATON MAHOGANY DROP-LEAF TABLE. Circa 1830. The figured mahogany top with conforming ‘D’-form leaves above the straight apron with molded edge, raised on tapered cylindrical ropetwist and ring-turned legs, terminating in brass-capped casters. SIZE: 30″ h. x 20″ w. closed/63″ w. open x 52″ l. PROVENANCE: From a fine Beacon Hill and Thomaston estate. CONDITION: Very fine original condition, very good color and patina.
