CLAUDE LORRAIN (French, 1600-1682) “THE FLIGHT INTO EGYPT”. Etching shows the holy family, Jesus, Joseph & Mary, fleeing to Egypt with a landscape background. Housed in a partial metal frame with glass front. The etching has been clipped to edge of plate and affixed to a plastic backing which serves as part of the frame. SIZE: 4″ x 6-1/2″.
