Mid-20th century, New England. 1) Scrimmed with a three masted ship, the reverse with a lady in Period dress. 2) Depicting a sea battle between two ships, the reverse scrimmed with the figure of a chimera. 3) Depicting a two masted sailing ship, the reverse with the figure of a penguin. 4) Depicting a whaling ship in pursuit of whales, the reverse with three lines of verse.
