FOUR SILVER PLATED CANDLESTICKS & POT ON STAND. 19th Century. Each candlestick with square fluted bobeche fitted to a spool nozzle joined to a ring turned shaft on a square reeded base with scrolling leaf tips. The coffee pot on stand with conical lid and ball finial, the concave body with swelled lobed base fitted to a stand with burner raised on scrolled legs terminating in shell feet. The pot with flower head hallmark. The burner having a hallmark of a square of interlacing arrows. Pot and stand with gadrooned edges. Note: The pot on stand is accompanied by the original tag identifying the piece as one made by Mathew Boulton circa 1810. We are unable to find any corresponding hallmark of Mathew Boulton on the piece. SIZE: Candlesticks 9-1/4″ h. Coffee pot 11-1/2″ h overall. CONDITION: Structurally very good. All pieces with areas of silver worn to copper. 9-20118 (700-900)
