OSCAR BACH MIRRORED CONSOLE. Outstanding Oscar Bach console has three stylized dolphin feet leading to black wrought iron legs supporting the half round console table. The front of the console is decorated with openwork metal design of center shield with winged Griffins on each side. The table is finished with a black glass top. Attached to the console table is an arched mirror with openwork metal design of winding grapevines, grapes and leaves. The openwork is backed by green slag glass and the mirror is finished with two electric candle sconces (probably not original to the piece); one at each lower corner of the mirror. The open metal work and dolphin feet are all done in a copper tone finish contrasting with the black wrought iron framework of the entire console. SIZE: 24-1/2″ w x 75″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some wear to the finish on feet. 5-68403 (4,000-6,000)
