SMALL PEKING ORIENTAL CARPET. First quarter 20th century. Depicting a single tree on a rocky slope, flanked by stylized floral and bamboo sprays and a small bird in flight. The deep indigo field within a dark blue-black border, the designs in shades of beige, tan, and pale blue. SIZE: 6’8″ x 2’11”. CONDITION: Very good overall, with nearly full pile.
