Second half 19th century. 1) Four gallon crock decorated with a floral spray with incised mark “FORT EDWARD STONE WARE CO./FORT EDWARD, N.Y./4”. 2) Three gallon crock decorated with floral spray and with incised mark “BRADY & RYAN/FT ELLENVILLE N.Y./3”. SIZE: 1) 11-1/2″ h x 11-1/2″ dia. 2) 10-1/4″ h x 10-3/4″ dia. CONDITION: 1) Areas of discoloration, chips around rim and chip to handle, otherwise good. 2) With minor glazing imperfections, hairline crack by right handle facing, otherwise good. 9-24316 (400-600)
