TIFFANY STUDIOS GREEK KEY TABLE LAMP. Handsome shade begins with a warm yellow geometric upper section that is striated with white, cream, and amber hues. The shade is decorated with a Greek Key border constructed in various shades of green, amber, and yellow glass. The shade carries a desirable patina finish and had three original reinforcing lead lines which are part of the geometric pattern and are not seen from the exterior. Supporting the shade is a six-socket, heavily decorated library base having applied bronze tendrils on shaft which go into an art nouveau leaf pattern on cushioned foot. Lamp is finished with a top pierced cap. Shade is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 1907”. Base is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 397”. SIZE: Shade is 22″ dia. Overall 31-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent with few, if any, tight hairlines. The shade has a patina finish. Base is very good to excellent with oxidation commensurate with age.
