SET OF FIVE SHERATON FIGURAL MAPLE CHAIRS. Mid 19th century, New England. Comprised of four side chairs and one armchair. Each tablet crest above a four rung ladder slat separated by spherules, joined to turned backswept stiles. The balloon seats with caning, raised on tapering cylindrical ring-turned and reeded frontal legs joined by double box stretcher. SIZE: 32-1/2″ h of back, 17-1/2″ h of seat. CONDITION: All with seat restoration. Surfaces cleaned. Good patina. Good overall. 7-70206 (300-500)
