RARE SHAKER SWING HANDLE BUCKET. Circa 1820, probably New York state. Fine pine and ash example with button lapped swing handle joined to lobed mounts. Beneath the bottom are carved “E + B.” Painted surfaces in old blue and red. SIZE: 14-1/2″ h x 11-1/2″ dia. CONDITION: All original with slight shrinkage to staves. Very good. 9-28503 (800-1,200)
