REMINGTON POLICE MODEL CONVERSION REVOLVER. Cal. 38 RF. SN 2596. Conversion number “95” is on bottom of bbl & left side of the frame under grip. Cyl & conversion plate both have the number “1473”. Nickel finish, 4-1/2” oct bbl with crisp markings that are upside-down – stamped in wrong direction, blade front sight, nickeled brass triggerguard, casehardened hammer, 2-pc smooth walnut grips. CONDITION: Very good. Finish has been polished, but appears to be orig with scattered specks of surface rust. Grips are worn at the base, and have dents & scratches but retain most of their varnish. Bore is lightly pitted. Mechanically fine. 4-59402 JH143 (750-1,500)
