OUTSTANDING FEDERAL CARVED MAHOGANY SIDEBOARD. Sideboard has 10” t fully carved back splash with large 12” basket of fruit. Flanked by large scrolls with cornucopias of fruit terminating in a sweeping leaf decoration. Three drawer over four door front with four fully carved spiral leaf posts with capitols. Six large turned feet and paneled sides and doors. Right door has original removable six bottle divided insert. Center and left have shelves. Each drawer has glass knobs, one of which is not attached. SIZE: 54” h to top of crest x case 53-1/2” w x 22-1/2” d. CONDITION: Top has open cracks, some veneer chipping. One 2” sq. piece of veneer missing from left bottom side. 9-97700 (1,500-2,500)
