IMPORTANT PAIRPOINT APPLE TREE LAMP. As pictured on the cover of the book “Pairpoint Lamps” by Edward and Sheila Malakoff, the Pairpoint Apple Tree has always been considered to be one of Pairpoint’s finest examples of mold blown lamps. The example being offered here shows a multitude of puffed out apples in various stages of ripeness. The apples are painted in colors of green, yellow, orange, and red. Also shown on the shade are bees amongst the apple tree’s foliage. One entire side of the shade depicts apple blossoms in full bloom with large colorful butterflies. The shade is supported by the tallest version of the Pairpoint tree trunk base. Signed “The Pairpoint Corp” on both shade and base. SIZE: Shade is 12″ dia. Overall height is 26″.
