LOT OF TWO CONFEDERATE DOCUMENTS. One is Jessie Ansley’s signature on an emancipation proclamation. Dated 28 July 1865 in Augusta, GA. The second is a State of Georgia $10 note dated 1 April, 1864, and signed by the Comptroller and Treasurer. It issued at Milledgeville where Ansley has his shop. CONDITION: Both are slightly toned but still solid. Matted and framed in appropriate material. 4-56011 X32 (1,000-2,000)
